[job_card.job_description]The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and / or transportation They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site. Prepare and manage change orders Prepare and manage procure to pay process Administration of payment procedures Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims Interface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding seller and subcontractor management Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller / subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Interface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolution Interface with seller / subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s) / Contracts Manager Oversee sub-contractors. Track material costs and quantities entering project sites Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory Other duties as assigned
