• Monday - Thursday 7 : 30am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm
• Adult and geriatric patient population, no pediatrics
• Intraarticular joint injections, IV treatments, skin procedures
• Ingrown toenail procedures and liquid nitrogen treatments
• Cervical cancer screening and breast examinations required
• 2 years experience required as NP / PA
• Hospital privileges required
• Must support administration of immunizations
