Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students in a K-12 educational setting in Gresham, OR. This contract position focuses on providing speech and language support to children across multiple grade levels within the school district.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current state license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred, but new graduates with appropriate credentials are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for working effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks in a dynamic educational environment

    • Location & Schedule :

  • Position based in Gresham, OR, within the Portland area school district
  • Contract duration : Current school year (CSY)
  • On-site work required to provide direct student support
