Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students in a K-12 educational setting in Gresham, OR. This contract position focuses on providing speech and language support to children across multiple grade levels within the school district.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
Qualifications and Experience :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology requiredCurrent state license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language PathologyExperience working in school-based settings preferred, but new graduates with appropriate credentials are also encouraged to applyStrong communication and interpersonal skills essential for working effectively with students, families, and school staffAbility to manage caseload and prioritize tasks in a dynamic educational environmentLocation & Schedule :
