Our mission is to provide safe, enriching, and person-centered services that support individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health or behavioral challengessupported by a leadership team that values collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Director to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive program growth and quality. In this role, you will provide leadership to Program Managers and staff, ensure compliance and fiscal responsibility, maintain strong relationships with families and referral partners, and support the overall health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve. This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and sustainable programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with agency policies and procedures
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Program Managers and support staff
• Support staff during participant interventions and serve as a leadership role model across the site
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven team culture
