About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Roseburg, Oregon, 97471!

• Assess, plan, and implement dialysis treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease.
• Operate and monitor dialysis equipment, ensuring proper settings and function.
• Administer prescribed medications and document patient responses.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, including vital signs and access sites.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, lifestyle adjustments, and home care.
• Float to Acute Care Renal Unit as needed to provide inpatient dialysis care.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS (AHA) Certification – Required
• Minimum 3 years current dialysis RN experience – Required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for transportation
• COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
