Position Overview : This Associate Director position will lead the statistical programming activities for multiple studies and oversee programming submission activities. The role involves working with the Head of Programming to establish standards and improve efficiency within the group.

This is a key opportunity to serve as the subject matter expert for all statistical programming issues in a collaborative environment, contributing significantly to the success of projects and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include oversight of SAS programming for multiple studies (Phase II - III B) across therapeutic areas, from inception to submission. Experience in epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases, sleep disorders, cardiovascular, or inflammatory diseases is preferred.

Required qualifications include CDISC expertise, submission, ISS, and ISE experience, and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for biostatistics processes. Leadership skills in managing resources, FTEs, contractors, and CRO vendors within a matrixed environment are essential. Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, especially neurology, is desirable.

Candidates should have experience in clinical development statistical programming, a master's degree in a relevant field, and at least 8 years of experience in statistical programming.
