A company is looking for an Employment Documentation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update personnel and contractor documentation
Create, prepare, and send contracts and agreements to contractors for signature
Monitor the signing process and ensure proper collection and storage of signed contracts
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative, HR, or document-related roles is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience working with 1C or similar accounting / HR systems is a plus
Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English
Confidence in working with documents and routine tasks
