A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of managed services clients' environments to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
Build knowledge of client's business and strategize on opportunities to strengthen relationships
Oversee client support, case and change management, and maintain process documentation
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of Project Management experience
Experience with technical project management delivery in Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions, Data Center Virtualization Platforms, and Enterprise Data Networking
Proficient in software such as Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience in budget tracking and complex cost-benefit analysis for budgets ranging from $10K to $50K
Familiarity with ServiceNow and knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred
