[job_card.job_description]? Provide coverage for athletic contests, practice sessions, and Athletic ? Manage return to learn and return to play concussion program. ? Provide athletic training services for the school's athletic department, ? Assist the Head Athletic Trainer with the day-to-day operation of the ? Act under the direct supervision of the School Physician(s) as well as ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of all athletic-related injuries, ? Communicate with parents of student athletes, nurses, coaches, and ? Minimum of Bachelor's degree in athletic training ? National Athletic Trainer's Association Board of Certification ? Current or eligible state of MA License in Athletic Training ? Current CPR / AED and First Aid Certification in accordance with ? Proficient with computerized word processing and injury management ? Experience in a high school setting is preferred. ? Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions. ? Must be able to assist with or transfer athletes of various ? Must be able to load and unload athletic equipment on and off of golf ? Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have good mobility skills, ? Must be able to carry training kits and coolers for long distances. ? Must demonstrate an ability to communicate, give adequate directions, ? Must be able to work with a dynamic and demanding schedule.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To :
- ? Assist Head Athletic Trainer in athletic injury prevention, evaluation, and
rehabilitation.
Training room as assigned.
including attendance at scheduled team practices and home
competitions as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer / Director of
Athletics (including some nights / weekends).
sports medical / training program.
consulting physicians and other health care professionals as
appropriate.
and subsequent treatments.
other related staff in regard to a student athlete's injury status,
accommodations, treatment protocol, appointment schedule, and
playing status when appropriate.
