LVN Clinical Intake Specialist

Part time Clinical Intake Specialist position available for qualified applicant that will assist Intake Specialist with referrals, calling Case Managers, Discharge Planners and Physician's offices to obtain orders, H&P's and demographics for new and recertified patients. Order DME, Audit Patient Profiles for accuracy, report lab results to physician and RN's. Currently a part time position,will turn into full time. Hours availability needed are: Monday 8:00-12:00 Tuesdays 12:30-4:30 Wednesdays 8:00-4:30 Thursday 12:30-4:30 You can work as a Home Health LVN per visit if interested in working additional hours till full time available. Home Health experience required with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Great opportunity for those interested in working administratively. Must have good verbal and communication skills, organizational/planning skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of computing hardware and software resources including web activity.
