The Regional Product Manager for Proteins will drive profitable growth via new project generation, new technology introductions and the creation of new, mutually beneficial business opportunities.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Protein Solutions in beverage, bars, and culinary segments (market data, competitive analysis, industry trends).

Identify emerging opportunities (new applications, channels, business models) and build business cases for investment.

Manage regional pricing within global guidelines to optimize profitability.

Champion value-selling strategies to position and price technologies for premium market positioning.

Drive growth programs through key customer projects in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams.

Create and maintain marketing and selling tools for the region.

Actively participate in industry teams, account planning, and demand meetings to ensure alignment and execution

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.

Willing to travel 30 - 35% domestically throughout the year

5+ years of industry experience with P&L responsibility.

5+ years in Sales and Marketing preferred.

Strong leadership skills aligned with IFF core values.

Ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote cross-functional teams.

A balance of short-term execution and long-term strategic thinking.
