Experienced Maintenance Technician Premium Digital Office Solutions has been a leader in the managed print service industry for over twenty-seven years. We are seeking a dynamic individual that is self-motivated and driven.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

Performing a full range of on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices
Set-up new machines in warehouse prior to customer delivery
Travel to customer location to perform installation of new office equipment
Travel to customer location to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair error codes, fix, and maintain printers and copier equipment

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

Must have a proven track record in outstanding customer service
Product knowledge with maintenance and parts of Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark or other industry manufacturers
Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network solutions
Able to drive a small box truck

Requirements for success:

Able to work independently on site and off site
Provide exceptional customer service
Have good time management skills and repair equipment properly
Communicate when off-site back to home base via email
Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation
Must be able to travel daily to customer sites which may include NYC occasionally
