Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) The Learning Experience Littleton

Location : The Learning Experience Littleton MA

Pay : $21 per hour

Schedule : Full-Time MondayFriday

About the Role

The Learning Experience Littleton is hiring a committed and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to support our growing preschool program. Our center offers an engaging child-centered environment where children ages 2.54 develop confidence curiosity and early academic skills through play-based learning.

We are looking for an ECE-certified educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering strong classroom communities.

What Youll Do

  • Lead a preschool classroom and support assistant teachers with guidance and daily collaboration.
  • Establish a warm structured and developmentally appropriate learning space for all children.
  • Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum promoting social-emotional growth early literacy math readiness and creative expression.
  • Maintain strong communication with families sharing updates and developmental progress.
  • Work closely with center leadership to uphold quality standards and support enrollment goals.

    • Qualifications

  • ECE certification required for a Lead Preschool Teacher role.
  • Minimum 6 months of classroom experience (1 year preferred).
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
  • CPR / First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements .

    The Learning Experience

    At The Learning Experience we make early education joyful engaging and fun so children are happy to learn play and grow.

    Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

    At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
