Job Summary:

Assist in reviewing patient charts and patient med lists
Devlopment and adminstering patient surveys
Survey Data Collection and analysis
As needed assigments

Operational Needs:
Access to Epic required (read only)
Up to date Citi training

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
