Job Description :

Lead the business transformation of analytics and AI across enterprise operations, aligning data strategy with business goals and enabling AI-driven decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Engage with business and technical teams to clarify analytics requirements

Guide and align analytics development across teams

Create roadmaps, business cases, and PowerPoint presentations for executive stakeholders

Manage and coordinate work across onshore / offshore technical teams

Oversee analytics strategy implementation across supply chain and manufacturing functions

Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms and AI tools

Promote data literacy and lead change management efforts

Requirements : Must-Haves :

5 years in analytics leadership with demonstrated strategy and change management impact

Proven experience engaging with executive / VP-level stakeholders

AI / ML analytics implementation (e.g., DataBricks, Genie); agent creation experience

Manufacturing and supply chain analytics experience

Nice-to-Haves :

Aerospace & Defense industry exposure

Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)

Background in master data management, inventory, delivery, customer experience
