Our Phase Training Program is a complete step-by-step training process that provides training when you need to know it, so you retain the knowledge and not feel overwhelmed. Success is achievable for an average person, not just the top 1%.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform on-site inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter damage and document findings (photos / measurements).
  • Present repair options and guide the customer through the sales process for exterior restoration projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM.
