A company is looking for a Strategic Services Associate - PB Coding to oversee projects and process improvement initiatives within the PB Coding division.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as principal project manager for PB Coding division initiatives, including organizing meetings and developing project plans
Act as an expert resource on performance improvement, analyzing data to identify trends and implementing strategies for enhancing performance
Utilize Epic reporting tools to identify opportunities for improved performance and revenue capture, creating professional reports as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field; Master's degree and Epic certification / proficiency preferred
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance / process improvement and experience leading work teams
Coding Certification is a plus; Epic revenue cycle certification / proficiency and PMP certification are desired
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
Experience with Epic reporting systems and ability to analyze healthcare data is required
