We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.
Our Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients along with a great earnings opportunity with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services along with processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions from our clients.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the company.
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Reach out to prospective customers using telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Grow sales revenue through proactive communication via phone, email, and by leveraging potential client lists.
- Process customer policy change requests accurately and promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Obtain a Life & Health Insurance license within 3 months of hire.
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer rejection with professionalism and resilience.
