What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and create personalized behavior plans
• Oversee ABA programs and staff
• Train and support caregivers and RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced CBAs

Requirements

• Active CBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
