RN Emergency Room - Entry Level

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) . This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can think quickly, and manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels. Responsibilities Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages Provide care ranging from minor injuries to critically ill patients Manage multiple ER cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs Develop and implement individualized care plans Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments Provide discharge instructions and referrals Maintain patient safety and a high standard of emergency care Requirements 1+ year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (required) Active RN license in Florida or Compact State ADN required (BSN a plus) BLS required prior to start ACLS required within 90 days PALS required within 90 days Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days No visa sponsorship available Compensation & Bonuses Hourly rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience) Sign-on bonus: $15,000 Relocation assistance: Available case by case Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid family leave Tuition and certification assistance Employee wellness and counseling programs Additional Information Full-time position Entry-level ER role (1–2 years experience) Hospital-affiliated Free-Standing Emergency Room Strong team-oriented work environment
