End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support

Zone IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support professional. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to our users, ensuring that their desktop environments are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of network protocols and configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
• Understanding of Active Directory and user account management.
• Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude and a desire to deliver high-quality support.
