[job_card.job_description]Design and conduct user experience research to gather insights and inform design decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to improve user experience Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design Proven experience in user experience research and design, preferably in a consulting environment Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design or a related field Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Previous work in a collaborative, agile team environment Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
