Vice President Workforce Resiliency Team
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President on the Workforce Resiliency Team and help coordinate employee support across the firm. As a Vice President, you will promote the development and implementation of unified processes, governance, and playbooks to ensure a best-in-class, timely response to employees during crises and critical events. This team will coordinate and align incident response and employee support efforts across multiple groups, including HR, Global Security, Communications, Firmwide Resiliency, Supplier Services, and Location / Country Leads. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of unified processes, governance, and playbooks to ensure a best-in-class, timely response to employees during crises and critical events.
