A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage and scale hiring for their Product, Data, and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Product, Data, and Tech
Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies for attracting key technical talent
Own the technical interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
Required Qualifications
Experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a startup or tech company
Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing and structured interviews
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Lever or similar ATS for organizing recruitment processes
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to operate across U.S., India, and LatAm markets
