Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media video content aligned with organizational priorities

Produce short-form multimedia content to engage target audiences and elevate educator and student voices

Track and report on social media analytics to optimize video content performance

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media campaigns and content creation, especially in vertical video formats

Expertise in short-form video production using professional editing software

Knowledge of platform trends and ability to adapt them for an educational nonprofit brand

Prior experience in K-12 education communications or community engagement is preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
