iIR / Cath Lab RN Req ID : 63399 Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length - 13 or 26 Weeks - Clinician's choice Start Shift : 4x10 Days Years of Experience : 2 First Timers Accepted : Yes Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS Skills REQ : Per UD Is on-call REQ : Yes - 1 day per week and 4th / 5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730) Weekend - on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts / week Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? : Yes - may float to EP or IR Open to accommodating block schedule? : No Locals Accepted : No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted : Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer RTO Restrictions : Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
