Orthopedic Physical Therapist

We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic. We are a busy clinic and are looking for someone who can handle a busy caseload. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

-Supervise Physical Therapy Aides.

Experience
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation principles is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
