Position Summary :

GTI Energy is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts and elevate our brand across all platforms. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing our global digital and social media presence, and supporting business development initiatives. The Marketing Manager will ensure cohesive messaging, increase engagement across channels, and help drive international growth through targeted communications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute integrated global marketing strategies that align with GTI Energy’s brand and business goals.
• Own and manage all corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Lead the creation of marketing content including brochures, videos, email campaigns, blogs, website updates, and press releases.
• Oversee digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, paid media, website analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across global regions and business units.
• Plan and coordinate GTI’s participation in global events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, Operations, and Engineering to support talent attraction, product promotion, and internal communication efforts.
• Track KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns; provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships (graphic designers, PR firms, etc.) as needed.
