Shipping Clerk

The Shipping Clerk is a full time position working 8 : 30AM-5PM M-F. This position must be able to work out of the Naples, FL facility. This is a physical role and will require the employee to use proper lifting techniques to maintain safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and label orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
• Wrap and strap pallets to ensure secure transport.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the building as needed.
• Organize and maintain the storage of materials in the shipping and receiving area.
• Review and verify documentation, such as work orders and other paperwork, for accuracy.
• Schedule shipments with freight carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and others.
• Deliver materials to production areas when necessary.
• Perform inventory checks of shipping supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient operations.
• Manage return-to-stock processes accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
