Role Overview :

We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering value through fleet solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial fleet customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (fleet industry experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
