Key Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation & Service : Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to standardized procedures and individual dietary needs.
- Food Safety & Sanitation : Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and handled safely. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Resident Support : Assist residents who require help during mealtime in a respectful and compassionate manner.
- Diet Compliance : Follow dietary restrictions and meal plans based on residents' health requirements and care plans.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance : Clean dining areas, dishes, equipment, utensils, and kitchen surfaces regularly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Ability to follow instructions : Must be able to read, write, and understand directions in English.Food service experience : Prior experience is a plus but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate!Sanitation knowledge : Understanding of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.Positive attitude : Must demonstrate kindness, patience, and professionalism when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.Employee Benefits
