F-35 Processor and Mission Computer Manager

Description : The F-35 Hardware Processor Manager leads a high performing, multidisciplinary technical workforce that spans engineering, software product acquisition, and project management. This role ensures laser focused technical execution, seamless alignment across the Line of Business (LOB) and Program Management (PM) organizations, and the delivery of critical customer solutions.

People Leadership & Talent Management

• Recruit, hire, and onboard top‑tier engineers and Software Product Acquisition Managers (SPAMs).
• Develop career‑path plans, mentor, and coach team members to accelerate skill growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and manage labor‑force planning to meet project demand.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
