Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol

As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with clients and guests. Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Time

Mon 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Tue 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Wed 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Fri 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

What Youll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, support emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any security-related concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or circumstances that may impact the location, escalating issues as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
  • Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
