IT Security Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Security Analyst to enhance cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance within a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks

Conduct risk assessments, maintain the enterprise risk register, and oversee remediation of vulnerabilities

Monitor and respond to security alerts, manage endpoint security, and ensure secure configurations for a remote workforce

Required Qualifications

Commitment to the organization's mission and values

3+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity operations

Hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools

Strong understanding of identity management and threat detection

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls or ISO 27001
