Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Quality and Release.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end software release lifecycle ensuring compatibility, reliability, and high-quality rollouts

Define and enforce release criteria and coordinate cross-team testing and readiness

Create and analyze key performance indicators to monitor release performance and inform improvements

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Release Management, or related roles

Solid expertise with program and release management methodologies

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a high-paced environment

Familiarity with Agile development practices, Jira, and CI / CD pipelines

Comfort with data-driven decision-making and analyzing release metrics
