Salary Range : $51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, processing invoices for raw materials, production supplies, and operating expenses.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing customers for manufactured goods and tracking payments.
• Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing trial balances.
• Process payroll for all manufacturing and administrative staff.
• Support inventory reconciliation and tracking of cost of goods sold.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.

Strong understanding of inventory management, cost accounting, and job costing principles.

Proven ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Familiarity with cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, standard costing)

Understanding of inventory valuation methods and cycle counting processes

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
