We are seeking a flexible, motivated, and detail-oriented Area Specialist to support clinical and administrative operations across multiple practice locations in the northern Chicago region. This is a dynamic, role that requires cross-training as a Medical Assistant (MA) and Patient Services Representative (PSR). You will provide direct patient care, administrative support, and serve as a key team member during new physician onboarding and practice integrations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is passionate about patient care, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support a geographically dispersed team across several practice sites.
• Travel regularly to assigned locations as needed.
• Deliver go-live integration support for new physicians and practice locations.
• Assist with onboarding and on-site training of new and existing staff.
• Support process improvements, protocol implementation, and daily operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a patient-first mindset.

Education and Experience

SCHEDULE : Schedules include practice operations Monday through Saturday, including up to an average of two Saturdays a month.

TRAVEL : Local travel is required to locations within your assigned geographic region. This role will be assigned to cover a regional area however you may be required to occasionally travel outside of your assigned area. The Area Operations Specialist must have reliable transportation and be able to travel site to site, as assigned. This role is eligible for mileage reimbursement as well.
