Availability for extended hours and overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end, quarter-end, and volume surges). Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, excluding customers. Perform work similar to associate level, with tasks that may be slightly more complex, requiring greater experience and knowledge. Assist with escrow openings and closings.
Job description :
