Program Administrator

Description

The Permanent Supportive Housing Program Administrator supports the development and administration of systems and processes related to the administrative functions of the program including data and compliance management pertaining to the PSHP grant client programming support andengaging in research and development to support sustainability of program.

This is a full-time (40 hours / week) position with a Monday Friday 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm schedule

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have education or study in a field related to public administration business nonprofit management or communications experience and / or strong interest in research developing systems data entry grant writing and other projects.

Candidates should also have experience developing and maintaining complex administrative systems and processes as well as proficiency with standard computer applications HMIS Client Track or similar software.

A strong understanding of homelessness and poverty along with a genuine commitment to the agencys mission is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills ability in creating and maintaining systems for data and information management with a high level of competence in task and project organization.

Preferred : Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 products including Word Excel Teams and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $23.93 as well as generous paid time off insurance and retirement plan benefits include :

• 4 weeks (160 hours accrued) vacation time 12 days (96 hours accrued) sick time 32 hours personal time 12 Paid Holidays
