Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring an active GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work on a general medicine unit within a hospital setting
  • Telemetry patient population
  • Night shifts with 12-hour schedule
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Strict rules apply for requested time off (RTO), with a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, and 3 days if including a holiday
  • Only one holiday off request is allowed during the assignment
  • Multiple consecutive RTO days around holidays are not permitted and must be spread out
  • Candidates may only be considered for one position at a time

    • \n \n Requirements\n

  • Active Georgia or compact RN license required and must be in hand
  • Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required
  • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility, as no local candidates are accepted
  • Former perm staff must have separated from the health system for at least 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
