Landscaping Driver

Connect Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Landscaping Driver to join our team. This role requires operating a truck with a hitched trailer to transport landscaping equipment, materials, and crew members to and from job sites. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, experience handling a truck and trailer, and a commitment to representing our company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company truck and hitched trailer to transport landscaping equipment, tools, and materials.
• Load and unload equipment at job sites.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist the landscaping crew as needed with site preparation, cleanup, and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and trailer.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding schedules, routes, and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Proven experience driving a truck with a hitched trailer.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic equipment operation and safety practices.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Full-time, MondayFriday with occasional weekends as needed.
