[job_card.job_description]Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities within the location, including communication with field personnel and management teams. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established protocols for the location. Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities for review and reporting purposes. Communicate important information and updates to Allied Universal personnel and / or client contacts as required. Assist with monitoring access control systems and coordinating visitor and employee entry as needed. Support regular and random patrols by relaying information and dispatching personnel throughout the business and perimeter. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a secure environment within the location. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a DISPATCH officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related communications, support routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through prompt response and clear communication. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service, all within a culture that values teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.
