A company is looking for a Creative Director who will lead the creative process for paid performance advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-volume ad variants across various formats, including static and video
Develop and optimize direct response copy and design for advertising campaigns
Monitor performance metrics and iterate on creative strategies based on data insights
Required Qualifications
US-based location is required
Hands-on experience in producing ads rather than managing teams
Strong design and copywriting skills with a proven track record of driving conversions
Deep understanding of advertising platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
Experience using AI tools in the creative production process
