Vendor Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to enhance client experience related to eCommerce products.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in customer retention and account optimization for eCommerce offerings

Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve vendor delivery processes and reduce churn

Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to implement strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or sales

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines

Emotional intelligence for effective communication and consensus-building

Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
