A company is looking for a Head of Consumer & Market Insights - Prestige.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the Prestige CMI strategy in alignment with brand and business priorities

Identify emerging consumer needs and macro trends to inform innovation and brand opportunities

Lead the development of performance dashboards and provide foresight for long-term brand strategy

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in senior CMI roles within premium beauty or luxury categories

Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methodologies

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Proven experience applying innovative research methodologies, including AI and digital tools

Comfortable working with data platforms and analytics tools
