Erkennen und Analysieren der Bedrfnisse von Kursteilnehmern whrend kurzer Online-Demounterrichte. Aktiver Verkauf der von Coding Giants angebotenen Dienstleistungen ber die eingehende Hotline. Beratung von Kursteilnehmern und Kunden bei der Auswahl der besten Lsungen. Erreichung individueller und teambezogener Ziele in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Qualitt und Effizienz. Umfassende Betreuung unserer Kommunikationskanle wie E-Mail, Chat und soziale Medien. Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden bei offenen Zahlungen. Ein monatliches Gehalt, bestehend aus einem Grundgehalt und einer leistungsabhngigen Prmie. Einen Arbeitsvertrag mit einer sechsmonatigen Probezeit. Remote Arbeit. Einen flexiblen Arbeitsplan und Arbeitszeiten (zwei Schichten : 9 : 0017 : 00 und 12 : 0020 : 00). Dein Profil
- Als Sales Specialist in unserem Vertriebsteam bist du fr die telefonische Neukundengewinnung zustndig im Homeoffice, in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Wir bieten dir die Rahmenbedingungen, die zu dir passen!
- Idealerweise hast du bereits 12 Jahre Erfahrung in der telefonischen Akquise.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehren neben der Telefonie auch die Terminierung von Demogesprchen fr unsere Academy Consultants sowie das Versenden von Infomaterial an Interessenten.
- Du bist redegewandt, freundlich und kommunikativ.
- Videocalls stellen fr dich kein Problem dar.
- Du magst ein dynamisches Arbeitstempo, und das Erreichen von Zielen treibt dich an.
- Du bist hervorragend darin, langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden aufzubauen.
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, insbesondere in der EdTech-Branche, ist ein Plus.
