A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client interactions and technical solution development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact with customers and project team members
Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions
Lead the development and deployment process while ensuring adherence to project governance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for education
Previous customer-facing experience with technical and business assessment skills
Experience in project delivery management
Proven knowledge of Health Systems and / or Health Plans
Ability to travel as needed
