This is a general interest application for Model Server (Bottle Server) positions at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert. If you are a qualified candidate and you do not hear back from us right away, we may not have any current openings. We're searching for a candidate who can :

  • Development repeat clientele and establish relationships.
  • Book VIP reservations.
  • Execute VIP presentations.
  • Provide ongoing table maintenance.
  • Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
  • Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
  • Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
