13 weeks assignment, 2 years' experience current required in large ED. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler must pass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmia) testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.
SHIFTS: This is a 12 hour Day shift position. Shift 7a-7p Shift length May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Call requirements One 8 hour call shift every six weeks • Floating requirements Yes Weekend requirements Yes, 4-5 weekend shifts in a 6 week period. Holiday requirements: Yes Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Guaranteed Hours: Negotiable, between 36 and 48
ORIENTATION: The first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
SCRUBS: For RNs ONLY (does not apply to OR as those are provided) RNs may wear ANY solid color. The scrub top, pant, and jacket (if worn) must be the same solid color to match.

2. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
