Corporate Law Lateral Partners

Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking multiple Lateral Partners with a $1 million book of business to join firms in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in corporate law and responsibilities may include:

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and corporate governance;
• Managing complex transactions from structuring through closing;
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships while developing new business opportunities;
• Collaborating with other practice groups to provide integrated legal solutions;
• Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the development of the corporate practice.
